What materials do you use?
The majority of our furniture is fabricated from HDPE Plastic and Stainless steel or aluminum.
HDPE stands for High Density Polyethylene which is an exceptionally durable plastic. Mostly known for it’s strength its resistance to all types of weather conditions such as rain, ice, snow. HDPE is also highly recyclable which makes this product ideal for post consumer use. Our products consist of up to 90% recycled content, saving plastic from landfills and giving it new life. And at the end of life for your furniture, you can just as easily recycle it again and give it a new life yet again!
Does your furniture require Assembly?
This depends on the product purchased in some cases, minimal assembly is required. The furniture requiring assembly arrives with detailed instructions included with the packaging along with the hardware.
Do your products have Color UV protection?
Yes, all our HDPE furniture contains UV inhibitor that is contained throughout all of the plastic, you will not see a change in colour on the cut edges. This color protection will extend the life of your investment and you should experience minimal color fade over many years of outdoor use.
Can I paint my furniture?
No, we strongly recommend that you do not attempt to paint or seal the furniture. First of all, the plastic will never require a paint or sealer to be applied due to the plastic properties. They will protect the color for the life of your furniture. Secondly, the same properties that make this plastic so durable, also makes the plastic resist coatings, and paint or chemicals will not bond to the surface.
How do I clean the furniture?
Simply; soap and water. We recommend following our Care & Maintenance instructions found here
